Amidst the rapid advancement of digital technologies, the digital transformation of the higher education sector has emerged as a strategic imperative for optimizing educational services and sustaining academic competitiveness. Consequently, this study aims to conceptualize a comprehensive model to guide effective digital transformation within this sector. The proposed framework posits that successful implementation necessitates higher education institutions to profoundly comprehend the associated benefits and challenges, coupled with the critical need to achieve robust technological and organizational readiness.
