Praise be to Allah, Lord of all worlds, and may peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Mohammed and upon his family and companions.
To proceed:Universities rise upon three fundamental missions: education, scientific research, and community service. Guided by these missions, the International Emirates University reaffirms its enduring commitment to building an academic and intellectual environment that values creativity and places scientific research at the core of addressing societal issues and future needs.
The university has worked diligently to highlight its academic regulations and policies, student reporting programs, and expanded academic frameworks. Yet, academic flourishing cannot thrive without an illuminating intellectual vision and an elevated scholarly environment.
From this perspective, we are pleased to present to the reader the International Emirates University Journal in its new form, with this fourth issue of Volume Four for the year 2025. The journal stands as a distinguished scholarly imprint in the fields of humanities, social sciences, administration, economics, linguistics, and intellectual studies. It is a window of knowledge that disseminates science and embraces the essence of human civilization and intellectual advancement. The journal has charted for itself a path grounded in academic authenticity and scientific rigor, supported by the efforts of a distinguished group of scholars and researchers.
The presence of this journal in the academic landscape represents a qualitative contribution and an intellectual documentation of the Arabic language’s scientific production across various fields. Its published research does not reach the light except after undergoing meticulous peer review aligned with the standards of academic research.
The International Emirates University has spared no effort in providing all the essential resources for the release of this issue, in a manner befitting the university’s standing and academic direction. This issue is distinguished by the diversity and range of its topics, containing a selection of scientific articles submitted by specialized researchers, all dedicated to advancing scientific research and meeting the aspirations of readers and knowledge seekers.
At this juncture, I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to all those who contributed to preparing this issue—the editorial board, reviewers, designers, authors, and everyone who supported and assisted in presenting it in its refined form.
I ask Allah Almighty that the journal’s future issues be even more radiant and distinguished, and that they achieve their intended goals of disseminating knowledge, advancing scientific research, and serving the community.
And Allah is the Granter of success.

Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and peace and blessings be upon our Master Muhammad, his family, and all his companions.
Universities are founded upon three primary missions: Education, Scientific Research, and Community Service. Committed to these pillars, the Emirati International University (EIU) reaffirms its steadfast dedication to fostering a knowledge-based environment that stimulates creativity, supports rigorous research, and contributes to addressing societal issues and sustainable development. The University has worked diligently to ratify regulations and policies that support scientific research, implement incentive programs for researchers, and expand academic partnerships. However, the advancement of research remains incomplete without a peer-review and publishing platform governed by clear quality standards.
Accordingly, we are pleased to present to you the Third Issue of the Emirati International University Journal. As a multidisciplinary, peer-reviewed scientific journal, it welcomes the scholarly contributions of researchers in medical, engineering, administrative, humanistic, and other fields of knowledge. All submitted research has undergone a rigorous and double-blind peer-review process, ensuring adherence to research ethics, standards of originality, methodological precision, sound reasoning, and excellence in presentation.
We are gratified by the exceptional interest from researchers since the journal’s announcement. This issue features a selection of distinguished research papers that embody the intellectual diversity we aspire to achieve. We look forward, with God’s help, to this journal becoming a reputable forum for scientific discourse and a nucleus for establishing specialized journals within the university’s various colleges. This will be accompanied by continuous efforts to enhance circulation, improve accessibility, and seek indexing in prestigious global scientific databases.
We invite our fellow researchers to continue their scholarly contributions and provide studies that address societal needs and add new dimensions to knowledge. Furthermore, we encourage research bodies and graduate students to utilize this platform to publish their work and elevate their methodological and writing standards.
In conclusion, I extend my gratitude to the Editorial Board, the reviewers, the technical committees, and everyone who contributed to bringing this work to light. We pray to Almighty Allah for success and guidance, and we hope this journal serves as a qualitative addition to the scientific landscape both locally and regionally.
