Abstract

The aim of this research is to study the impact of digitization through its dimensions: equipment, devices, individuals, networks, and software on the performance of employees at the public hospital institution Touggourt. To achieve the objectives of the study, we adopted the descriptive analytical approach, with the use of a questionnaire tool to collect data from a sample of 120 employees (doctors, paramedics, and administrators), in addition to using the interview tool. The study reached results, most notably: the level of availability of the dimensions of digitization and the performance of employees is average. There is an impact of the dimensions of digitization on the performance of employees, and the dimensions of individuals and software are the most influential.
